Keyana's BlogA Growing Girl... 4월 2일 My Birthday!My birthday, my birthday...I'm 3, so I get three (count them, 1... 2... 3!) birthday parties
 . My first party was at pre-school and Mini-Moo came to visit me and gave me 3 kisses! My mommy and I made cupcakes for a snack  and my friends and I got to eat them, yummmy! My second birthday was with my whole family
    . My mommy made a yummy supper and Auntie Vicki came to help me and my mommy decorated and made supper. When everybody got to my house, I was grumpy and didn't want to give kisses or hugs . I accepted their gifts, though! Then, my third party, was at Chuck E. Cheese's. My friends, Anika, Aaron and Jillian came and my cousin, Ema, too!
It was a great party with dancing, singing, playing games and having a great time. We even got to eat cake! I had lots of fun!I wonder what's in store for me next year? Four birthday parties? Whoa... that would be great! 2월 11일 A New Year...Christmas has come and gone.
 I finally got up the courage to go sit on Santa's knee. I was a very good girl this year. Santa brought me many presents. I've begun my list for next year already. This year has begun in full force... I started play school and I'm making new friends.
I also started going to gymnastics with my cousin Ema and we don't like doing what we're told, but, if we don't listen, we don't get to do gymnastics and that's just too much fun!  Ema just had a birthday
and we really had some fun with her cousin Josiah. Lexington was sick, so he wasn't there. Next, is my mommy's birthday and then abuelita Elsa's birthday and then abuelito and abuelita's wedding anniversary and then Tia Paola's birthday (what a busy month!) and then... MY BIRTHDAY! I can't wait! Did you know I'll be 3, already?!11월 6일 all HALLOW's eve...Hallowe'en was great fun this year! Aunti Vicki and mommy took me to the Scarecrow Festival which was really fun. I got to do and see lots of things. I got some candy and got to take some fun pictures.
I even dressed up as a LadyBug for that!
For Hallowe'en Night I went trick or treating with my cousins Ema and Josiah. He was Darth Vader
 , or so the grown-ups were saying, but I didn't really know who that was. I just knew it was Josiah with a plastic face. Ema was a pink unicorn and I was a giraffe.
 Giraffes says "MWwwwwaaahhhhhhhaahhaa," did you know that? I sang, "Trick or Treat" whenever I went to somebody's door to ask for candy. And I remembered to say
thank you! My mommy was so proud of me. I can't wait for next year.
 8월 22일 New HouseI moved into my new house. I'm enjoying it even though there are a lot of flies around. Mommy always tells me to shut the screen coz now that we live outside of the city, there are many more bugs. I've been killing them just fine, though.
 In my new house, I get to play and mommy & daddy can watch me as I make a big mess anywhere on the first floor. I like having an audience for my craziness!  Abuelito and abuelita went to see my Tia Pam a few weeks ago in Korea and I got to go to a lady's house with some other kids.
  Over the three weeks I was there, I made some nice friends. I started going only a few hours but then my mommy wanted to leave me there more than that and I didn't really like that.  I like being around my mommy and I start to miss her too much. So now, I only go for a few hours before mommy or abuelita come pick me up.  At the back of the house there is a really pretty lake and there are many, many Canada geese. They make a lot of noise. It will be sad when they leave for the winter. But neat too, because now I get to see them making that V formation I hear everyone talking about.
 We'll see how long they stay and how much longer I have to play in my kiddie pool.Okay... I'm going now. I think Dora's on TV!!  Chao!7월 6일 Gymboree...my last day.I had a great 10 weeks at Gymboree. Last week was my last day
 and I made sure to play with all my friends.   I enjoyed every little moment of it.When I started at Gymboree, I couldn't jump, and I was too shy to play with the other kids. At the end of my 10 weeks, I can sing, play, climb and enjoy all my fun time with my new friends.
Now, if I can just get the toilet thing happening...then I'll be a really  big girl! I'm working on it! |
